Payment Options

Nutrition coaching services are often covered 100% by your health insurance, this means ZERO out of pocket cost to you. We accept:

  • Medicare
  • Neighborhood Health Plan of RI
  • Harvard Pilgrim

We offer in office consultations at our location in North Providence, RI. We also offer online or phone consultations for patients in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Oregon and Florida. 

Once you schedule an appointment, our office staff will verify your insurance benefits prior to your first session.  If counseling is not covered and/or you have a deductible we will contact you prior to your first session.  Some plans have a copay. If you would like us to call you prior to your first session regarding a copay, you may request that  when you schedule your first appointment.

 

 

Private Pay

If your insurance does not cover our services, we off a 3 session starter package for $225.  This package includes one 90-minute initial assessment and two 30-minute follow up sessions. Packages must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. There is no expiration date on the visits. There is no refund for partially used packages. Additional follow up sessions can be purchased for $50 each once all sessions in the started package have be used.

Flex Spending Accounts  

If you have a flex spending account through your employer we can accept that for payment of co-pays, deductibles and all private pay options.

24 Hour Cancelation Policy

We reserve the right to charge a $50 cancellation fee to individuals who cancel their appointment with less than 24-hours’ notice OR to individuals who simply no show for a scheduled appointment. This policy applies to all initial and follow up appointments, for all new and returning patients.
