- 1 medium Orange bell pepper chopped
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup Feta cheese crumbles
- 5 oz Low fat cottage cheese
- Nonstick cooking spray
