Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs

Garlic butter chicken thighs are rich, tender and full of flavor! A quick and satisfying, high protein meal, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Butter unsalted
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano dried
  • 1 1/2 lb Chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Chicken bone broth, low sodium
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Parsely fresh chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400℉.
  • Place large, ovenproof skillet on stovetop, preheat to medium high (I recommend a cast iron skillet).
  • In a small bowl combine paprika, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano.
  • Add butter and oil to skillet.
  • While butter melts, season both sides of chicken with seasoning blend.
  • Add chicken to pan, sear for 5 minutes then flip.
  • Sear other side of chicken for 5 more minutes.
  • Turn off the stovetop.
  • Add bone broth, lemon juice and minced garlic to pan.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake on 400℉ for 15 minutes, then remove from oven.
  • When ready to serve, stir juices and spoon over chicken and top with fresh parsley.
