Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs
Garlic butter chicken thighs are rich, tender and full of flavor! A quick and satisfying, high protein meal, perfect for busy weeknights.

- 2 tbsp Butter unsalted
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Oregano dried
- 1 1/2 lb Chicken thighs boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Chicken bone broth, low sodium
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Parsely fresh chopped (optional)
Preheat oven to 400℉.
Place large, ovenproof skillet on stovetop, preheat to medium high (I recommend a cast iron skillet).
In a small bowl combine paprika, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano.
Add butter and oil to skillet.
While butter melts, season both sides of chicken with seasoning blend.
Add chicken to pan, sear for 5 minutes then flip.
Sear other side of chicken for 5 more minutes.
Turn off the stovetop.
Add bone broth, lemon juice and minced garlic to pan.
Cover with foil.
Bake on 400℉ for 15 minutes, then remove from oven.
When ready to serve, stir juices and spoon over chicken and top with fresh parsley.
