- 1 lb Chopped cooked chicken Rotisserie, leftover, or even canned works
- 1 cup Broccoli slaw
- 1 cup English cucumber, chopped Leave the skin on to add more fiber
- 1 Medium Red pepper chopped
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 tbsp Fresh basil chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
