Pomegranate Goat Cheese Salad

- 6 oz Arugula
- 1 Medium Green apple, sliced
- 1/3 Cup Pecan halves or pieces
- 1/3 Cup Crumbled goat cheese
- 1/3 Cup Pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 Cup Marzetti’s Simply Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing (or your favorite Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing )
Place arugula in large bowl
Slice apple into wedges and place on top of arugula. I use an apple corer and slicer to keep the pieces a uniform size.
Sprinkle pecans over salad
Sprinkle goat cheese over salad
Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over salad
Top with dressing when ready to serve ½
