Rachel Roberts RD

Rachel Roberts, Founder, RDN, LDN, CPT

A foodie at heart and a true people person, Rachel is passionate about helping others create a healthy lifestyle that feels realistic, sustainable, and enjoyable. She founded Wellness Resolutions in 2004 and continues to lead the company with a focus on personalized patient care, business development, and helping clients achieve long-term success.

Rachel is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Florida. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Framingham State University.

When she’s not working with clients, you can usually find Rachel trying out a local restaurant, staying active, or cheering on her kids, Rylie and Jameson, at their many sporting events alongside her husband Jeff and their French bulldog, Biggie Smalls.

Mia Fishkin, RD

Mia Fishkin, MS, RDN, LDN

Mia is passionate about helping people improve their lives through nutrition. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in RI and MA. Mia earned her Bachelors of Science in Dietetics from University of Vermont and her Masters of Public Health from University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.

After working on a vegetable farm and as a professional cook, Mia found her way into clinical nutrition in the hospital, nursing home, and dialysis settings. She thrives at the intersection of nutritional science and the social and cultural aspects of food and eating. She approaches each patient situation without judgement and works through a collaborative process that ends with an achievable, sustainable wellness plan.

Mia lives in Providence with her husband, Jeremy, and their tuxedo cat Yzma. She enjoys pub trivia, bike rides, crochet, live music, and keeping up with the Providence restaurant scene.

Hanna Long Registered Dietitian

Hanna Long, RDN, LDN

Hanna is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Applied Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University and her master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Drexel University.

She has experience in a variety of nutrition settings, including inpatient and outpatient clinical care, sports nutrition, and eating disorder treatment. This diverse background allows her to support individuals with a wide range of nutrition concerns, from building healthier everyday habits to managing complex medical conditions.

Hanna believes nutrition is highly personal and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health. She works collaboratively with each client to create realistic, sustainable strategies that fit their lifestyle, goals, and unique needs. Her philosophy is centered on balance, flexibility, and the belief that all foods can fit within a healthy lifestyle.

Outside of the office, Hanna enjoys traveling, trying new recipes, spending time outdoors, reading, and making memories with friends and family

 

Kathy Peloquin Wellness Resolutions

Kathy Peloquin,
Receptionist & Insurance Specialist

Kathy brings a positive, caring attitude and great attention to detail. She is the one who keeps our office running smoothly day to day. She manages the reception department, schedules all new patients, verifies insurance benefits and acts as liaison between our office and other medical offices.

She has a wealth of experience in the medical industry ranging from direct patient care, to triage and administrative roles. She has worked in both large healthcare organizations and smaller medical offices. 

When she’s not in the office, she likes spending time with family, boating or traveling to a warm destination.
